Spending time in nature is sooooo important. As you know, self care includes protecting and keeping our energy levels high. Nature is a key part of this. You may have some plants in your office or home, or actually get out to the park, sit on the grass or go for a walk, spending quiet time in a beautiful environment is vital to us.
