How lovely are the weekends? A time for slowing down and reconnecting with ourselves and things that are important to us.
1. Plan your week today. This allows you to focus and get into your zone during the week. Just do it!
2. If you are dreading tomorrow, it’s not going to get any better. Take the action and make the change you need to be happy. Life is short. You would be surprised how making even small changes can make a big difference.
3. Control your time. If you react to all claims on your time, you will find it hard to get into your zone and be following someone else’s schedule.
4. To be at your best, ensure you have sufficient down time factored in to your schedule to recharge.

6. Get the sleep you need. Make sure your battery is charged each morning. You will think clearer and be in a better mindset to make decisions.
